Maybe keep it at 1+10 (10 from the daily tickets) This is because, cat cannon's primary usage is to knockback enemies. With more power, its recharge time gets higher. So with low level, you will be able to shoot more often. 4) Upgrade Keep upgrading and up your user rank. You get some good bonuses there and then.

5) Treasures In Empire of Cats saga, (along with Into the Future saga) if you have completed a chapter, and if you didn't get all the best treasures - do come back to get the treasures, as it will make your life much much easier in the long run. Yeah its boring, but totally worth it.
